I have to report that in accordance with Minute No 5052 I have completed a Tenancy Agreement with Mr W C Ellis, for the above flat, for one year certain and thereafter quarterly, at a rent of £30pa. Tenant to be responsible for rates and internal repairs.

Letting of Aston Cross Branch Flat.

 

Arrangements have been made for the letting of this flat to Mr R C Watson at a rental of £30 per annum for a period of one year, thereafter on a quarterly tenancy, the rent to be paid weekly and the tenant to be responsible for payment of rates.

Letting of Aston Cross Branch Flat

 

Arrangements have been made for the letting of this flat (which is vacant) to Mr Norman Worcester of 77 Aston Road North for one year certain from the 29th September last and thereafter determinable by quarterly notice except at Christmas. The rent is to be £30 per annum, the tenant paying rates and water charges, and is to accrue from the date of possession and to be payable weekly in advance.
